Order totals of $99.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Free standard shipping applies to orders shipped within the lower 48 states.
What to Expect After Placing Your Order Online
You will receive an order confirmation email which will include details about your order. Keep this email for your records. Should you need to contact us later regarding your order, you must reference your order ID number.
In-stock items take 2 to 3 business days to process and ship from our distribution center in Texas. In-stock dropship garments take 5 to 7 business days to process and ship to you direct from the manufacturer. Due to recent global constraints, please note that typical processing and shipping times have been deeply impacted and may affect your order's lead time.
Once your garments are shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It is not uncommon for orders to ship partial, especially if a portion of your order is on backorder.
No-Hassel Returns for Online Orders
If you need to return a garment or would like to request an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you need to send back. We will send a pre-paid electronic return label to your email, which you will print and use to ship the item(s) to us.
Merchandise must be returned unworn with tags still attached and accompanied by your email receipt. There is a 20% Restocking Fee for items returned or exchanged after 30 days. Past 30 days of your order's delivery date, any returned merchandise will need to be sent back to Munro's at the customer's expense.
If your garment has been worn or washed, we will not take it back unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you suspect you received a defective item, please email us at email@example.com and include a photo documenting the defect.
